N-Power: Plateau State To Retain 4,850 Volunteers

The Plateau State Government in jos, has made it official that it will be retaining the Four Thousand, Eight Hundred & Fifty (4,850) members of the teach arm of N-Power Volunteers, once their programme expires later this year, in efforts to improve the standard of education in the State.

This was made known by the Chairman of the State Universal Education Board (SUBEB) on Wednesday in Jos.

According to @Eduplana, the government of plateau state in 2018 allocated over 11 billion Naira to education funding, which is well above the total 10.8 billion naira IGR of the state.

Congratulations to the N-Power Teach Plateau volunteers. We hope other states can emulate this gesture as Education is a very important area in the development of every community.
