EKSU Students Protests No Fee No Exam Policy

Students of the Ekiti State University (EKSU), on Monday were engaged in a protest against recent policies by the state government, which was claimed threatens their academic progression.

According to VNTI reporters, the students were against new policies introduced by the state government, which include:
1. Students would not participate in the semester examination unless they have paid up their tuition fees.
2. Compulsory mid-semester test
3. Request the removal of N7,500 Smart school Project.


The students who shunned the semester examination that began yesterday, protested in their numbers round the state capital in Ado-ekiti.

It was gathered that the students have agreed to continue on their movement until the decision was reversed.
