PURCHASING THE FORMS
• All forms for the Federal Polytechnic Offa, would be purchased on the 13th of June. Any payment after this, would be void.
• All forms for the Federal Polytechnic Ede, would be purchased on the 15th of June. No payment would be accepted after this.
• We require everyone interested to abide by this Rule.

FEDPOLY Offa post-utme comes up from the 15th to the 22nd of June.
FEDPOLY Ede post-utme comes up on the 23rd of June.

1. You Full Name Must Be Written On The Deposit Slip As It Appears On Your UTME slip.
