*Purchase a virtual pin card for N2, 000 from the following designated branches of Skye Banks: Offa, Ilorin, Oshogbo (Fagbesa), Ibadan (Oba Adebimpe-Dugbe), Lagos (Ikeja Plaza); Ado Ekiti, Ikirun, Kaduna, Abuja, Benin City, Enugu, and
Port-Harcourt.

* Visit the Polytechnic website www.fedpoffaonline.net
* Log on with the Virtual pin number to register online and also take the prescribed test
* Print out the screening result immediately .

Please, does this mean that one only needs to get the virtual pin card, to be eligible for the exam even if one misses the p.ume reg?
Circumstancially, I lost chances of admission to the uni this year whereas, Offa Poly is my second choice more prefared.
My question is, hope it’s not too late for me to catch up with chances of admission into this school for 2012/2013 academic session?
