A female Student of the Yaba College of Technology(YABATECH), has been allegedly raped after being drugged(using soft drinks) by an admirer to whom, she has refused to play romance.
The molester, Kehinde as he is known, who is also a student of the Institution, admitting to the crime, said that he has tried on several occasions to be intimate, with the Lady, without success.
On this faithful night, at about 10pm, He had lured the girl to a secured location, within the Institution and had them drink some soft drinks, of which hers was drugged. As expected, she dozed off almost immediately.
This enabled him to transfer her to a bed in a room nearby, and explore his EVIL INTENTIONS against a helpless body.
P.M.NEWS gathered that the victim became conscious the next day when she woke up Undressed on a bed with Fluid dripping from her private part.
She felt humiliated and reported the matter to the police at Sabo, Yaba Division
The police later arrested and charged to Kehinde to court under Sections 237 and 266 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Lagos State of Nigeria 2011.
Kehinde, at this moment still remains in prison, as he has been unable to meet up with his bail terms of N100,000 after pleading, Not guilty.
